The beauty of the Lake District one cool December day in 2008

Wastwater

Bassenthwaite Lake
Stitching programme:
Having stumbled across the Hugin stitching software, it makes a nice job of creating seamless stitched photogrpahs, especially with uninterrupted plain blue skies and water reflections. The above pictures appear slightly out of focus here on the thumbnails, though the originals are crisp.

Brief pictoral coverage of the Coniston records week 3rd to the 7th November 2008, where many British and world records were set. To me, these images capture some of the excitement and passion for the sport, spectators and competitors. For more photos capturing Records Week, see http://adventuresportphoto.wordpress.com/
